• @1st Tier for Remote Infrastructure Management Support • Event Management, • Incident Management, problem and change management, support user productivity. • Server Support / track availability and utilization of disk space, memory, network bandwidth and processing. Provide Executive Monthly Server Dashboard Report. • Network Support / LAN and WAN switching and routing environment. Provide Remote, Onsite & On-Premise Network Management & Administration. • Infrastructure and application monitoring • Workaround for known issues. • Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows AD 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 • Troubleshoot Virtual Infrastructure VMware / Hyper-V • Troubleshoot MS-SQL 2005/2008/2012 in both clustered and non-clustered environments. • Troubleshoot UNIX / Linux RedHat / SUSE environments. • Troubleshoot Backup Solution NetBackup / Backup Exec / ARCServe / VEEM
