Senior Application Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for leading the Support Function, ensuring al Tickets are logged and prioritised in line with SLAs 2. Responsible for ensuring all Customer Service Requests are proactively fulfilled 3. Responsible for ensuring all Incidents are investigated and key users are kept up to date on progress 4. Responsible for the initial Root Cause Analysis of all Problems and their timely escalation if required 5. Reporting of Supporting Trends, areas for Service Improvement and potential new features to Management 6. Responsible for the creation of training materials and the mentoring and training of junior members of the team 7. Proactive continuous review of the applications support to build a detailed understanding of all applications 8. Building strong relationships with our Customers through regular contact and first-class service 9. Regularly communicate with users regarding issues, investigations and updates 10. Liaise with members of the Change team in the delivery of Customer Change controls 11. Responsible for coaches team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills and delegate tasks to individual team members until follow-up. 12. Regular reporting to Supervisor regarding on-going projects and tasks 13. Regular prepare monthly analysis report to Supervisor regarding on the incident and issue.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sciences or any related fields - At least 3 years experience in service and support application fields - Having knowledge in Software development and Software Testing would be advantaged - Having knowledge in Restaurant or Retail Business would be advantaged - Knowledge in Development work would be advantaged - Development/Software Customization - Database: MS SQL Server - Report Writing, Crystal Report, Report Writer Similar Tool - Good written and communication skill in English - Ability to perform job under time constraint/pressure - Ability to work frequently in night time/holiday and upcountry
