Senior Project Manager (Data Center & Industrial)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Leadership: Direct all phases of construction from groundbreaking to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered ahead of or on schedule.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute "short-track" project schedules, identifying critical paths to bypass traditional bottlenecks.
• Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for local and national government agencies (e.g., IEAT, PEA/MEA, Department of Public Works) to expedite permits, licenses, and utility connections.
• Stakeholder & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain world-class standards for Data Center specifications, focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) integrity and structural precision.
• Crisis Management: Proactively identify risks and implement immediate corrective actions to keep projects on track.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction project management.
• Sector Expertise: A definitive background in Data Center construction or large-scale Industrial projects (e.g., refineries, power plants, or smart factories).
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate/commute to Chonburi or Rayong.
• Communication: Exceptional command of English (written and spoken) for international stakeholder reporting.
• Soft Skills: A "results-oriented" mindset with a strong commitment to success; must be highly active and capable of working under high pressure.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Thai construction laws and building codes. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a significant advantage.
• Network: Proven ability to connect with and influence Thai government agencies and local authorities.
