• Develop business plans for assigned customers to ensure they are achievable and aligned with company goals. • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in the modern trade channel • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments; • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports • Manage the sales team and provide advice to product consultants. • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 1-5 years work experience as sales representative in modern trade channel or any position in commercial field, FMCG business is preferable • Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting processes is a plus. • Fast learner and self-motivated. • Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions • Proficiency in using Google Drive, Google Sheets. • Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Excellent communication skills and, building strong relationships with clients. • Strong analytical thinking with a teamwork attitude. • Good command at english. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and modern trade events.
