Deputy Factory Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Define policies and work plans in alignment with company policies. 2.Supervise production to ensure it meets the production plan efficiently and aligns with KPIs. 3.Control production costs to meet KPI targets. 4.Oversee employees' work to ensure compliance with regulations. 5.Ensure employee safety, hygiene, and working environment. 6.Develop and improve production processes, methods, and machinery. 7.Coordinate with procurement for tools and machinery. 8.Evaluate employee performance. 9.Prepare and review monthly production reports. 10.Participate in and conduct meetings with all relevant parties to summarize the department's performance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.5-10 years of work experience. 2.Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field. 3.Experience as a manager in the electrical appliances manufacturing industry. 4.Ability to solve problems and think analytically. 5.Leadership skills, able to work efficiently with others and manage a team. 6.Good communication and coordination skills
