• Design the production process for the Motor department, Machinery, Die, Jig, and Fixture to support new product development.
• Improve and enhance the production process efficiency in the Motor department.
• Support and participate in reducing and controlling waste and production costs in the Motor department.
• Project and cost management for new products and production process improvement.
• Test new molds, new machinery, and prototype workpieces.

More qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering or any related fields.
• At least 2-5 years of work experience in industrial factory.
• Have knowledge in industrial technology or manufacturing technology.
• Have knowledge in CNC machining and Lathe.
• Have knowledge in reading and writing technical drawing.
• Proficient in using computers especially, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• High level of responsibility and a positive attitude.
• Strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure.
