• • Partner with Associate Directors to prioritizes and weighs all of the variables to decide what’s most important, solve the problem to get the best result. • Ensures client/vendors/partner/people based on corporate mission is met, does what it takes to get the result • Align with the corporate vision and determined to create a quality result. • Focus on steering the project and carry on day-to-day operation and the people involved in the right direction to reach the corporate goal. • Communicate to a variety of people project needs, sequencing and what if scenarios in decisive way • Provides a flexible schedule with built-in alternatives (has a plan B, C, etc.) and willing and able to change gears quickly. • Adapt to different people, styles, projects and changing business environment. • Provides confidence in the project and in people’s capabilities - believes it can be done. • Establish conditions for success, takes initiative, anticipates needs, and gets things ready. • Provides any and all resources needed, manages deadlines. • Facilitates communication among people and negotiates as needed. • Connects people with the vision and the end result. • Multi-talented and remain calm in all situations. • Extensive experience in design, life styles or fashion

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• เพศ หญิง อายุ,สัญชาติ ไทย ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีการตลาดหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5-8 ปี ขึ้นไป หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหา สถาปัตยกรรมภายใน หรือ อินทีเรียร์ทั้งสินค้า หรือบริหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ สุขภาพ แข็งแรง
