Cisco SB Service Help Desk (contract per year)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Provide Helpdesk support via phone and remote troubleshooting during office hours -Support technical issues and inquiries on Cisco SB products -Provide advice and problem resolution on networking device installation -Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication or other related fields. -At least 1 years of experience in maintenance IT System, monitoring and troubleshooting, setting-up and testing: hardware and solutions to the IT problems -Have knowledge and skills on Computer Networking technology including LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN, Router, Firewall, Load balance and etc. -Good communication skill, speaking, and writing in both Thai and English -Ability to work independently and to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or inquiries -Strong interpersonal skills and human relation -Good service mind
