หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Verify document support to record AP under company policy 2. Enter all purchase in AP trade account in AP system. 3. Verify detail of tax invoice to be reliable VAT regulation for tax purchasing refund 4. Ensure proper approvals and authorizations under power of authority 5. Match invoices with delivery notes and purchasing order 6. Provide payment voucher 7. Perform monthly AP reconciliation and prepare monthly audit schedules. 8. Control AP to ensure accuracy existing transaction balance 9. Provide transaction to transfer AP to AP more than 6 months account 10.Review expense report and alert supervisor of inconsistencies. 11.Provide vendor Top 10 and Top 20 report to support 12.Contact and support other functions to smooth purchasing activity 13.Co-ordinate with both of local and oversea vendors

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. BBA Degree in Accounting 2. Handle full set of accounts. 3. 2-5 years' working experience in accounting especially for Account Payable 4. Strong knowledge about VAT 5. Some knowledge about Withholding tax 6. PC literate and knowledge of computerized accounting system. 7. Good relationship and communication skills 8. Able to communicate English at least via email 9. Independent and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
