- Responsible for sales growth, including development of creative sale & marketing strategy planning. - To analyze market trends, maintain relationship with the existing client, as well as, finding new potential clients. - Respond to clients' requests in a clear, timely and professional manner - Represent the company in various National/Regional trade shows and showcase products. - Handle clients' urgent or last minute requests and coordinate with responsible departments or suppliers. - Provide excellent customer service for customer satisfaction. - To lead and work co-operatively with the multifunctional team to deliver joint goals and improve the efficiency of system and process. - Suggest and support sale & marketing team to ensure all operation implemented smoothly in both internal and external - Monitor results, update status, analyze performance and recommend ways to increase and development with Management team. - Participate in finding candidate and training new recruit staff. - Work closely with the Management team to develop strategy on expansion and growth of the company.

Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree in Sale & Marketing, MBA or related fields Age 35-45 years old At least 10 years experience as export Sale & Marketing in Jewelry field Have knowledge of Marketing strategy, Marketing Communication, Innovative thinking, positive attitude, proactive & energetic and customer oriented Strategic thinker with good analytical skills Strong in people management and leadership skills Be able to work under dynamic environment. Good communication skills and problem-solving Good interpersonal skills and team player Excellent command of English Computer literacy in MS Office, if having experience for using ERP (Navision system) will be and advantage Able to travel to aboard as the company request.
