Jewelarc is a jewellery design, development, manufacturing and distribution business, supplying to wholesalers, retailers and catalogue publishers around the world since 2002.



Core to meeting and delivering our objectives is our sincere determination to protect the environment and support our community.



Specialising in fine gold, silver, precious gems and diamonds we focus on only sustainable traceable sources of our gems and always look to support artisanal mining whenever the opportunity arises.



Every stone is researched, we know where our gold and silver comes from and we exclusively use diamonds from Botswana and all are traceable to the mine.



In addition to in-house creations, the experienced design team also works closely with customers to create customized styles and collections. In Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, USA and UK. Jewelarc’s dedicated support teams communicate effectively to track your products from design stage right through to delivery completely transparently.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Handle customer requirements, including repeat orders and new product inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, coordinate design work, and arrange samples as required.
  • Coordinate with the Design and Production departments.
  • Review and verify samples according to customer orders.
  • Prepare BOM and product specifications.
  • Communicate with overseas customers (100% international communication).
  • Follow up sample and order to ship to customer on time.
  • Inform customer when delay happen.
  • Receive customer complaint and take action to concerned party.
