• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts or related field. • Minimum 1-5 years of experience as call center • Experience in insurance institute is preferable • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point • Detail oriented • Self motivated, independent, proactive, good teamwork and positive attitude • Well performed under dynamic environment and pressure • Excellent of customer care skills & communication skills • A clear and friendly telephone voice
