หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Technical consult and solution design for customer, including Enterprise solution bundling • Prepare and Optimize Project investment cost • Coordinate with Operation team to deliver and maintenance the design solution to customer • Coordinate with Supplier to explore new potential technology • Technical & Service knowledge sharing • Work with the sales team to deliver solutions to customers. • Present ideas and possible solutions • Explore new business to achieve company’s goal • Understanding Pain Points and Customer Requirements propose a solution Explain the concept so that the customer can understand the benefits of the proposed solution. • In doing so, you will also present and explain concepts so clients can understand the benefits of the proposed solutions. • Communicate with developers to create proof of concept design to convince customers of the feasibility of the proposed solution. • Gather needs in depth Coordinate with developers and make sure that the final product meets the requirements and expectations of the customers.

• • ทักษะการหากลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย เพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการ • สามารถวิเคราะห์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อการนำเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการได้ตรงประเด็น • สามารถนำเสนอขาย และมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเสนอขายในรูปแบบ - Voice Solution บริการโทรศัพท์เพื่อองค์กร - Network Solution ติดตั้งวางระบบ Network แบบครบวงจร - Software Solution บริการพัฒนา Software - Cloud Computing ให้คำปรึกษาเชิง Solutions - Business Consulting บริการให้คำปรึกษา - Equipment อุปกรณ์ด้าน ICT ครบวงจร • บริหารและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับ ลูกค้าที่อยู่ในความดูแล • จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย • ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีม • ภาวะผู้นำ • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO 27001, 27701 และ 14001 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
