Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Data Network (Switch, Router, Wireless) and Security (Enterprise and UTM Firewall) - Technical support (2nd Tier support- On call 24 x 7) - Analyzes and determines the root cause of Network Hardware/Software failures and/or performance deficiencies. - Provide technical Support for Design, Implementation, Consult for Network Policy existing - Maintain operation, configuration, Policy - Revises, enhances, updates, installs, configures, integrates, maintains and documents - Report to Infrastructure Team Lead - Cisco Certificate Requirement (CCNA,CCNP)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Experience 5-7 years in solution design, system support, or system installation. - Knowledge in Data Network (Switch, Router, Wireless), Security (Enterprise and UTM Firewall) would be advantage. - Good knowledge of networking technologies, in particular IP routing and MPLS (such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP etc.). - Have a professional certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, etc.) will be advantage. - Able to do on-site support and up-country travelling. - Good command of both written and spoken English would be advantage. - Able to deal with difficult situation and working under time constraints. - Passionate in learning new technology. - Entrepreneurial mind-set.
