หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Prospect and qualify leads within the manufacturing sector that utilize cooking oils in their production processes (e.g., food processing, snack food production, cosmetic, etc.)
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of various cooking oil grades, processing methods, and their impact on finished products.
- Effectively communicate the technical specifications and performance benefits of your company's cooking oil solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Partner with potential and existing clients to understand their specific production needs and recommend the most suitable cooking oil solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the cost-efficiency, sustainability aspects (if applicable), and quality improvement benefits of your offers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for bulk cooking oil sales, ensuring profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, by addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Track sales performance metrics like quota attainment, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market trends regarding cooking oil prices, regulations, and new product developments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on product specifications, safety protocols, and industry best practices through ongoing training and research.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and customer trends to management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience in B2B sales at least 5 years with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets (food products are preferred).
- Deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Excellent in presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Good command in Computer literacy.
- Good command in English both of speaking and writing.
- Team player, good personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have own transportation and able to travel.
