Senior IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and monitor computer system / Server / Networks system LAN, WAN, Firewall, Wireless system, VPN, Active Directory (RODC) / DNS / DHCP. Networks and devices such as Main Switch, Router, and cable broadcast networks linking computers.
• To be responsible for the smooth operations of IT systems: Installing and Configuring computer hardware, Operating Systems and Applications, Software Package and File Server management.
• VPN Network connection Maintenance and backup the configuration of the hardware for the system, SAP, lotus notes, Office365 mail and maintain FortiGate110C & Cisco Router and configure the backup device.
• PC' s Maintenance (Such as Hard disk Defragmenter System & Trend Micro Office scan Anti-Virus Protection Definition Update (As ISO Policy)
• The illegal software checks and deletes programs that are not licensed by the Company of All PC’ s and notebook.
• Configuration the new Office365 and Outlook mail Clients
• To configure the new Active Directory user on PC and synchronize Active Directory (RODC. Server)
• Management File Server System. and Manage user authorization on owner Folder.
• To Generate sales order reports, inventory reports for management and send to Management Level
• Prepare network diagrams that are always present and are involved in the coordination of the network has changed.
• Solution design, installation, and supply functions as both the Network and Server as well as research and development for the IT Infrastructure (Design & Installation Network Infrastructure, LAN, WAN, Wireless system, Firewall and Backup Solution)
• Troubleshooting computer systems, lotus notes system, Office365 system, networks system
• To manage all Personal Computer / Servers / Networks LAN, WAN, Firewall, wireless system
• Perform any other duties as directed by division head and/or other superiors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering or Computer science with Professional Certificate Preferred.
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Computer Engineering / Computer Science
• Experience in IT-Hardware, Network Programmer and Network Design with Professional Certificate will be Preferred.
• Experience in SAP, ERP
• Have own car and able to work in different company locations at Sukhumvit 26, Samutprakarn and Nonthaburi
