Assistant Leasing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage office leasing opportunities, commercial negotiations, proposals, and lease documentation through execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents and tenants, and business partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals, leasing analyses, reports, presentations, and management materials.
• Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Property Management, and Marketing teams to deliver successful leasing transactions.
• Support tenant onboarding, fit-out coordination, and handover to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain the leasing pipeline, CRM database, and accurate leasing records.
• Support business development initiatives, tenant retention, and marketing activities to maximize occupancy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–4 years’ experience in commercial real estate or leasing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
• Proficient in English and MS Office
