• •Handling daily communication with customers for samples and orders including confirmations and delivery plan •Organize/coordinate customers’ orders with production •Monitor and follow up open orders with production to keep on time deliveries •Organize deliveries of customer orders •Report and assist in resolving delays and other problems of customers orders •Maintaining customer satisfaction with exceptional service •Other job duties as may be required by superior

• •Bachelor degree •Some experience in sales administration •Good English skills in reading, writing, and speaking •Basic computer literacy •Good interpersonal and communication skills •Good service mind, dynamic, and energetic •Own a car
