E-commerce Marketing Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Highlights ; ** 2-3 years of work exp. in e-commerce business marketing (Shopee / Lazada / JD) ** Knowledge and passion for e-commerce industries ** Experience working across teams Job Descriptions ; 1. To handle various online marketplaces for all business units such as Lazada, Shopee, JD etc. 2. Monitor the price and promotion of competitor's website and work closely with marketing team to compete and grab the sales on online. 3. Data analyzing to generate data driven e-commerce strategies including consumer insights. 4. Responsible for optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of marketplaces. 5. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 6. Monitor key performance indicators and develop plans to improve. 7. Work with other teams in order to improve quality traffic acquisition and sales revenue. 8. Familiar with online marketplaces and backend system.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in economic, business, marketing or related field. 2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in E-commerce. 3. Experience in retailed business, digital marketing – experience in e-commerce backend / program 4. Knowledge and passion for e-commerce industries and social commerce. 5. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint. 6. Good command of written and spoken English. 7. Pro-active and able to plan ahead. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, where necessary. 9. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
