หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the daily operations of all 50 villas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
• Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events, functions, and activities for residents and guests.
• Ensure all events are executed flawlessly, maintaining the luxury standards of the community.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality management, preferably in a villa or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
