หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Perform regular maintenance and repair on all golf course equipment, including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and hand tools.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.
• Manage inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment needed for maintenance and repair.
• Order parts and supplies as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Supervise and train assistant mechanics and other staff involved in equipment maintenance.
• Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team on proper equipment use and care.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Major Mechanical or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in a golf course or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of small engine repair, hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
