หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Recruitment
- responsible for all about the recruitment process
- responsible for staff evaluation, transfer and promote
- make the annual manpower plan and recruitment plan
- develop the recruitment tools and make sure it works effectively
- prepare recruitment reports
- prepare recruitment documents for internal and external audit

Training
- arrange training for new employees (Orientation)
- create annual training plan for the company
- prepare training documents and coordinate before send the employees for external training
- organize training in the company
- summary training results and prepare reports after the training
- key training records after having training
- prepare training documents for internal and external audit

Labor relations
- plan projects and activities for the company
- create atmosphere, employee engagement or arrange activities for employees in the organization to
Participate

Corporate Communication
- make company announcements
- create public relations media, post announcements for employees to be informed within the
organization
- send notification emails when there is activity within the organization

Qualification:
•28-38 years.
•Bachelor's degree in HRD, HRM, Political Science, or related fields.
•At least 5 years experiences in recruitment & selection, training functions.
•English literacy both in writing and speaking.
•Good computer literate (MS Office).
•New generation, dynamic, smart, mature personality, be a good team player with good leadership, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
•Able to handle pressure and complex issues and take accountability.
•Positive attitude toward HR challenges, quick on the uptake to deliver excellent HR services with service minded.
•Results-oriented and good awareness on process-improvement opportunity.
•Highly self-motivated and self-driven, well organized and highly responsive, excellent time management with execution-focused. Able to pay attention to detail when necessary, while able to see big picture to accelerate HR Strategy.
