Product Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Product Portfolio Management & NPDs ·Research/ Study market opportunity for current and new product development to ensure the business direction alignment ·Plan a yearly product launch roadmap and work with R&D Team to deliver according to the plan (NPDs) ·Oversees new product development of beverages and bakeries ·Develop and monitor product mix to achieve a healthier product portfolio that relevant to each channel ·Provide suitable Cost (cost control) and setting the suitable price for competitive market with an appropriate price strategy ·Internal communication about products ·Volume projection for new product launch ·Analyze market, competitors, and consumer data to evaluate product performance ·Track and report overall effectiveness of product performance through specific KPIs and make recommendation to management team Inventory Management & Other product-related tasks ·Overlook stock management at store level to ensure sales target of product will be delivered ·Manage complexity (Problem Solving) with raw material/product related issues from D'Oro Stores ·Prepare SOP and make sure that the standard is under control ·Response product-related complaint of customer by following the product standard with the appropriate method ·Coordinate with the related departments to reach the target goal.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor/Master degree in any related field Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plans and product management. Knowledge and experiences on marketing, sales, product development, mass communication, advertising or consumer research related to food and beverage sector is a plus. Proficient with data and have strong analytical thinking Strong communication and interpersonal skill Demonstrate leadership and strong project ownership Good organization and planning skills Good attitude and work well under pressure and ambiguity under short timeline Passionate, active, result oriented, strive for the best Strong in computer skill (Excel, Power point)
