หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Freight booking and confirmation with each forwarders (KN, Mondial, Haier Forwarder, Direct Customer ‘s Forwarder) • Controlling truck service provider and customs brokerage to provide on time container transportation in/out to meet vessel cut off time • Controlling customs brokerage to provide on time service to shipment include processing of Free Trade Agreement Privilege certification to end customers • Product and spare part order screening of FTA requirement and alert costing team to process FTA approval • Verify FTA certification readiness of each shipment to comply with customs regulation • Controlling tariff code for part, FG and spare parts list to comply with customs law • Controlling completion of FTA certification and communicate shipping document to destination port to maximize trade privilege benefit of import duty exceptional • Control record retention of shipping document and FTA certification to comply with customs law • Monitoring freight forwarder performance and react to service issues

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Degree in Logistics, Industry, Business Administration or any related field - Experienced managing import-export documents - Experience in import/export business would be an advantage - Ability to work independently and also as a team
