Client Care Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Deliver MON’s strategic plan with the assigned key customers. - Improve Client satisfaction and retention. - Capture/Match customer’s requirements to MON’s service. - In a timely, accurate and constructive manner, cascade/communicate the client’s requirements to MON’s operation & other teams, and vice versa. - Take lead to protect/retain existing business. - Initiate and formulate improvement initiatives relating to assign clients or service types. - Keep regular visit to establish long-term relationship with various stakeholders of the client. - Conduct all activities in compliance with the core values and code of conduct of MON. - Ensuring implementation of Materials Control for inbound and outbound management subject to local customs legislation/regulations and best practice, as set forth by executive management under BOI's rule and set up procedures to make sure materials / . - Follow Corporate Logistics guideline in managing Service providers' performance appraisal and evaluation, enhance local logistics satisfaction.
