Fixed Asset and Inventory Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Supervise team to record movements of Fixed Asset, calculate depreciation of Fixed Asset according to company policies and statutory requirements - Coordinate schedule preparation, requests for management reports and other related data requests required for internal and external reporting - Conduct physical count of fixed asset Identify process improvement and suggest effective and efficient solutions - Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting complex matter and insure that problems are responded to in a timely manner - Provide development opportunities to staff to build capabilities - Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team member

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 3 years of directly relevant experience in leading fixed asset team or managing fixed asset functions - Must be detail-oriented, well-organixed, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations - Able to communicate with relavant departments - Proficiency with Microsoft officer ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
