หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main tasks Freight booking and confirmation with each forwarders (KN, Mondial, Haier Forwarder, Direct Customer ‘s Forwarder) Controlling truck service provider and customs brokerage to provide on time container transportation in/out to meet vessel cut off time Controlling customs brokerage to provide on time service to shipment include processing of Free Trade Agreement Privilege certification to end customers Product and spare part order screening of FTA requirement and alert costing team to process FTA approval Verify FTA certification readiness of each shipment to comply with customs regulation Controlling tariff code for part, FG and spare parts list to comply with customs law Controlling completion of FTA certification and communicate shipping document to destination port to maximize trade privilege benefit of import duty exceptional Control record retention of shipping document and FTA certification to comply with customs law Monitoring freight forwarder performance and react to service issues
