Lead and control end-to-end project execution (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
Serve as the primary operational interface with local customers and partners
Coordinate closely with Factory and Headquarters teams
Manage on-site challenges, escalations, and critical issue resolution
Establish and maintain project planning, resource allocation, and execution control
Report directly to Company Directors and Headquarters

5 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Engineering leadership
Strong background in technical or engineering-driven projects (HVAC, MEP, Data Center, Or similar
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, contracts, and complex project environments
Fluent professional communication in Thai and English
Calm, credible, and execution-oriented leadership style
Able to perform under high pressure
