Senior Engineering Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Collaborate with stakeholders, including property managers / building managers and business units, to understand requirements, define technical solutions, project management, ensuring all engineering issues across out portfolio are managed and legally compliant • Technical Expertise, provide technical expertise in areas such as building systems, infrastructure, sustainability, energy management, stay updated with industry trends and best practices to propose and implement innovative solutions. • Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to manage and deliver property-related projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, monitor performance, SLA, negotiate contract scope and condition to obtain the best value for the organization. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural drawings, specifications, project plans, and reports, to facilitate effective communication, knowledge sharing, and compliance. . Ability to manage staff and ensure the highest customer service delivery . To attend Client meeting to support the needs of the business . To ensure all PPM / engineering activities are scheduled and implemented across the property portfolio

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
• Lever 3 Professional - Mandatory
• Project Management experience
• Integration knowledge of MEP / HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken Thai and English is essential for this role
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field
• Experience in property management industry is a plus
• Experience and working knowledge in high rise residential / office properties
