Engineering Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and coordinate refurbishment projects, ensuring the safe and efficient renewal of equipment, machinery, or facility systems.
• Work with engineering teams to evaluate current systems, identify required upgrades or replacements, and plan refurbishments that meet operational requirements.
• Ensure proper scheduling of refurbishments to minimize operational downtime and maintain productivity.
• Develop and manage the refurbishment budget, ensuring effective use of resources while maintaining cost-efficiency.
• Ensure quality control and proper testing of refurbished systems or components.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring efficient use of resources and fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (such as Operations, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance teams) to ensure alignment of project goals with organizational needs.
• Facilitate regular meetings to track project status, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee subcontractors and third-party vendors involved in the refurbishment projects.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering project management, with a focus on refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• In-depth understanding of refurbishment processes and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication
• Has a license
