Senior technical sales/Facade Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Jobs Descriptions - Developing sales and marketing strategy to increase sales volume. - Achieving sales targets in existing business channels. - Provide the document of products, technical, installation method according to customer requirements. - Retaining and developing relationships between customers and the company through increasing product/brand and service awareness and introducing customer business partnerships. - Ensuring the achievement of the complete sales process in accordance with the company’s policy (pricing policies, credit control, ordering process, delivery issues, etc.). - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Provide professional and helpful customer service and problem-solving to gain customer loyalty and build long-term partnerships, also acquiring the new customers - Making document related sales activity

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age between 27-30 - Bachelor of civil engineering preferably - At least 5 years of experience in construction/construction consultancy/construction design/construction management/technical sales - Superior communication skills in Thai and with sufficient English to handle enquiries from overseas designers and expat contractors - Being able to use AutoCAD and familiar with structural calculation - Any marketing/sales/customer service experience would be an advantage.
