หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Marketing Executive : forms and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers of products and services. He/she plans and agrees pricing and product strategy with the suppliers to match and fulfill customers’ requirements. Work for the trading business to achieve the team as well as individual’s goals.
• Draw up annual sales budget as well as develop sales strategy and plan together with sales manager
• Manage both overseas/domestic suppliers and customers in paper trading business for both import & export, and a relationship
• Prospecting, meet new and current customers, suppliers or vendors in order to retain good relationship and identify what their needs are
• Negotiating deals and maintaining customer’s satisfaction
• Conduct market study and draft marketing / go-to market plan for paper trading business
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities
• Gather and analyze sales data together with regular sales reports
• Monitor competitors' products and services, suggest appropriate action or activities to improve market share
• Analyze customers financial status in order to recommend credit and payment term, follow up on very late payment customer
• Take care & entertain overseas suppliers when they come to Thailand for business trip
• Work closely with sales manager of trading division and follow instructions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and Working experience in paper
• Good personality with negotiation skills
• Good communication and presentation skill, able to communicate in English
• Flexible, learn quickly, patience and mindset of delivering commitments
• Good basic software knowledges e.g., MS outlook, excel and word
