• We are looking for an Insurance Product Management/ Assistant Product Manager/ Motor Insurance/Travel Insurance Product Executive to join our growing and dynamic team focused on developing product offerings. In this role, you’ll take insurance products all the way from concept to delivery, including designing coverage, pricing, and creating a user experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful. You’ll collaborate with our actuarial and underwriting experts to define coverage, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements for new products. You’ll also work closely with our members in the Product Department team to implement these features with new user experience always at the forefront. The perfect candidate will be a highly analytical, experienced project manager, who is passionate to redefine the way that insurance products are delivered.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Master’s degree in Marketing, Insurance, Apply Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of Motor Insurance, Travel Insurance, Health Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Property Insurance, or other related fields such as Banking or Broker where you confident that you will come across and able to understand a Product Manager roles in Insurance business. - Must have experience in Motor Insurance underwriting guidelines or Non-motor Insurance underwriting guidelines. - Experienced in OIC regulations and guidelines. Fast learner, self-driven. Willing and excited to get your hands dirty. - Can communicate complex concepts in a simple and understandable way. - Analytical, with a strong ability to identify trends, communicate results, and take action. - Comfortable with and adaptable to new technologies, knowledge in API, Web service-based, experience in front end and back end core system. Lots of attention and care to detail. - Highly available, dependable hard worker Track record of success and increasing positions of responsibility. - Willingness and ability to work with individuals. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Candidates who can start working immediately will be preferred.
