Job Description 1. Coordinator with HRBP on recruitment needs and HR planning. 2. Responsible for full function of recruitment process, including advertising, screening, matching and placement. 3. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process (Interview, screen call etc.) 4. Perform sourcing to fill open position 5. Ensure that all recruitment following strictly our HR procedure 6. Coordinate with relevant parties on Open House Campaign and Job Fair 7. Handle special assignment as assign by Head of Recruitment

Qualification 1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields 2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in recruitment function. 3. Conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, result oriented 4. Good Computer operating skills in MS Office 5. Good command in English 6.
