• <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or higher in General Management orarelated field.</li> <li>Atleast 5 years&rsquo; experience in garment and textile business in a similar role,preferably in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in managementlevel.</li> <li>Customer-oriented, communication skills,should have excellent business acumen, strategic thinking and great interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable of the market, intuitive and able to lead a team of high achievers.</li> <li>Proactive,performed strongly in a variety of sales roles setting standards in volumeand value growth, and experience in themanagement of key accounts is a must.</li> <li>Goodcommand of both written and spoken English.</li> <li>Understandingof MS Office packages.</li> <li>Musthave experience in cross functional areas especially in any combinations ofSales, Marketing, Finance or Business management</li> <li>Experience in sales pitch presentations andsales data management.</li> <li>Able to negotiate and influence internal andexternal customers, including vendors.</li> <li>Must be able to travel extensively domesticand international.</li> </ul>
