1. Acts as focal point with regards to expertise on plant information management system 2. Motivate, train and monitor the performance of the staffs 3. Be available for reassignment to line responsibilities on specific project 4. Provide technical support and estimation cost for proposals 5. Coordinate and troubleshoot all plant information engineering 6. Perform system design and analysis 7. Ensure adequate and proper resources 8. Liaise with both users and vendors on technical matters.
