Project Sales Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Government Account Management: Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, state enterprises, and key stakeholders.
• End-to-End Bidding & Proposal: Lead and manage the entire bidding process, including TOR (Terms of Reference) analysis, preparing high-quality bidding proposals, price structure calculation, and ensuring full compliance with government procurement regulations.
• Project Sales Execution: Drive sales revenue to achieve and exceed company targets through strategic project acquisitions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, product, and project teams to tailor technology solutions that match client requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on government budgets, policies, and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age: Not over 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Instrument, or related fields) or Business Administration (An MBA or related business degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Sales, specifically dealing with Government Sectors (B2G) and public enterprises.
• Proven experience in managing Government Bidding, E-bidding, and Proposal preparation.
• Understanding of government procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex technology into business values.
• Good command of English and fluent in Thai.
