IT Support Analyst (จตุจักร)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades. • Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter • Responding to breakdowns • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults • Repairing equipment and replacing parts • Supervising junior engineering and technical staff • Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings • Checking computer equipment for electrical safety • Maintaining records of software licenses • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies • Shift and on-call work may be required, particularly where computing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree or higher in IT administration, engineering, Information Technology or other field related, plus two (2) years experience in sales and marketing fields. • Strong problem-solving skills, technical and analytical skills • Good English communication skills; require TOEIC score at least 650. • Preference given to those with experience in the use of computing workstation, IT infrastructure and use of spreadsheets e.g. Word processing, MS Excel functions and PowerPoint presentations.
