Corporate & Tax Lawyer (Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Preparing government forms and supporting documents of company registrations, foreign business licenses, BOI and other registration as required by law. 2. Preparing government forms and supporting documents of visa and work permit applying. 3. Handle corporate secretarial works. 4. Coordinate with government sectors regarding legal matters. 5. Legal research and providing advice in various areas of law relating to the Company’s business operation. 6. Monitoring updates in the laws and regulations of corporate, tax and commercial. 7. Manage planning and oversee work in the department.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in Law - Typically 5 years of experience in corporate registration. Corporate legal experience in law firm is highly desirable. - Experience in taxation ground is highly preferable. - Experience in law firm is an advantage. - Thai lawyer’s license is required. Notary lawyer’s license is an advantage. - Good command of English both written and spoken - Able to work as a team or independently - Able to prioritize and meet deadlines with initiative and drive
