หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Leads fashion in creative center, leader of designers team • Oversee and directs all aspects of fashion creative work and assigned fashion projects. • Review and approve all collections and including final conclusion • Working knowledge of current color and fashion and creative trends independently recognizes the need for large-scale change; works with management as top functional expert to devise innovative solutions and implement change at the department . • Lead in the development of the complete concept for the season, partner with Technical Advisor and Merchandising team to design merchandise that fits within the costing parameters and target customer. • Provide supports to graphic design and visual merchandiser to properly present the image and positioning of the products. • Drives the planning and creative direction of projects to meet production deadlines and budgets. • Working manager able to drive projects to fruition to meet key success metrics and is able to work cross functionally • Follow, Analyze and Utilize market survey, customer behaviors or success rate of products to create products to satisfy customers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age 38-45 years with fashion-look personality - BA.or MA. in Fashion Design or equivalent experience with specialization in fashion footwear or accessories design or Certificate from any reputable fashion design institutes - Full of fresh and unique ideas with strong creativity, initiative and excellent taste - Solid knowledge of fashion trend with minimum 10 years’ experience with proven successful records in footwear any fashion house - Good technical ,product development and raw materials know-how - Well-mature and energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills - Good knowledge of all necessary graphic softwares - Strong English proficiency is preferred
