หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. To retain the existing clients and explore new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 2. To coordinate with related departments after the project has been awarded, manage and follow up the project until its launch. 3. To ensure & participate in regular business reviews with key clients. 4. To take notes and follow up with PICs on action items from the meeting. 5. To be the representative of MOCAP to discuss any business issue with the client. 6. To keep customer satisfaction of the company.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum 2-3 years of Sales Retention or Coordination experience (IT solutions experience in an advantage) - Good human relations. - Strong sense of responsibility. - Service mind - Good command of spoken and written English and Thai. - Computer literacy is essential.
