หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints both voice and non-voice. - Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management. - Following up customer calls where required. - Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM e.g. details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. - Other duties as assigned. - Mon - Fri 08.00 -17.00 ( Day off Sat - Sun )

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Gender/Age aren't required. Experience in Call Center and dealing with the public. Excellent in English whether read, write and communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar. Good multi-tasking skills Good computer skills. Ability to work with others in a close manner. Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies. Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
