Supervisor Call Center (Thai - English)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise daily operations of the call center team, including inbound , outbound calls and chat.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle escalated customer complaints or complex issues as needed.
• Track KPIs such as call volume, response times, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management.
• Schedule and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with training teams to onboard new hires and upskill existing staff.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, scripts, and customer service protocols.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor or similar role.
• Good motivational skills and ability to supervise and lead call center agents.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and call center software (e.g., Bria, Voxtron , Salesforce, 3CX).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
