Marketing Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage and drive engagement to all existing content channels and platforms, both online and offline - Develop the overall marketing strategy for Thailand and SEA regions as aligned with business objectives - Develop and deliver innovative marketing and communications campaigns and activities to meet ambitious business growth targets - Brand custodian and drive creative direction for marketing - Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure integration across owned, earned, and bought channels and product - Shift brand perception and consideration to ensure an increase in market share - Develop benchmarks, reporting and drive efficiencies through paid media channels - Align with the global marketing community on central projects - Conduct research, provide insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team on addressing competitor activities, helping to create barriers to entry for new and existing players - Source, direct, and manage partner agencies and marketing budget - Create and compile reporting as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 5+ years’ experience in brand strategy marketing and communications - Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, especially on social media - Content Management System experience is a plus - E-commerce or digital business experience an advantage - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - General ability with reporting, analytics, and data - Strong background in budget management - Experienced efficiently managing multiple agencies - Ability to lead and influence the wider business on brand marketing and communication priorities - Able to communicate in Thailand and English.
