หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage projects, including developing detailed project plans and tracking progress.
• Manage business development team and achieve sales target.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
• Organize meetings, communicate with stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor project progress.
• Escalate necessary issues to management and create relevant documents.
• Gather business and competitor information and propose new ideas for operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing or any.
• Having experience 5-10 years in managing team 10-15 members.
• Experience in sales and marketing plus automotive industry is preferable.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
