Call Center - (Speak Thai / Mandarin / English)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle all customer queries through the customer support system (e.g., tickets, live chat, phone call)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the company’s products: identify opportunities to optimize customer experience to increase customer satisfaction
• Contact customers or escalate complaint cases to clients for issue resolution.
• Follow up on customer pending issues/requests.
• Create or update the FAQs to match the current user interface and procedures.
• Perform any additional task in relation to customer support, customer relationship management and customer education, as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality, Diploma or higher degree.
• Minimum of 6 months - 1 year customer service experience will be advantage.
• Pleasant personality, service minded and can work well in team.
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred experience is a plus.
• Fluent communication of Thai, Mandarin (HSK 3 or above) and English.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment. Able to perform well under pressure and respond well to an environment of constant change.
