Manager / Leader Developer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Management of system Developer team and role as head of team. • Ensure software development life cycle(SDLC) is being followed effectively (requirements capture, Mock Up, SIT, UAT,, Sign Off, Post Launch Support) • Communication & manage timeline of software development including UAT VS Production, Testing & QA to the team. • Maintain morale of team under difficult or large project. • Able to accompany Sales or BA in getting requirement for development. • Work closely with both internal & externally to achieve project goals & milestone. • Development of new tools, application, and development of team skill. • Coordinate with IT infrastructure team on hardware resource if it is required. • Must incorporate security as part of SDLC (Database Security, Encryption, password process, hardening, source code protection & backup etc.) • Able to provide consultancy & open to accept change in direction of the company. • Adoption of GIT versioning into software development process (mandatory)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai nationality, Age not Less than 35 years old • Experience 3 - 5 years in project management, software studio or developer team management. • Experience of developer team management model/standard (Agile, CMMI etc.) • English skill at level to communication. • Coding knowledge of PHP CI, C# and .Net framework.
