หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle overall HR operations for the Phuket office and construction site
• Support employees including monthly staff, daily construction workers, and foreign sales staff
• Maintain employee records, employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding documents, and related HR documentation
• Monitor attendance, leave records, lateness, and prepare OT summaries for submission to the HR Department at the Head Office
• Ensure company rules, policies, and workplace discipline are properly communicated and followed
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and site supervisors
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities regarding social security matters and foreign employee documentation.
• Conduct basic onboarding and employee orientation processes
• Support administrative and other HR-related tasks as assigned
• Coordinate closely with the Head Office HR team in Bangkok

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience
• Good command of English communication, both spoken and written
• Able to work independently as the sole HR representative in Phuket
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
