• Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and maintain all quality management systems including to ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO20000. - Set up standard operating procedure and work instruction to comply with ISO standard. - Conduct internal quality audit to ensure the QMS will be effectiveness. - Follow up corrective and preventive action. - Coordinate with relevant parties to manage customer satisfaction, complaints and quality improvement to meet KPIs. - To promote quality awareness program throughout www.JasTel.com

• <p> </p> <p><b ><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><span ><strong><font >Qualification</font></strong></span></font></b></p> <p><b ><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><font >- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Industrial, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering or related field. </font><br> <font >- Self-motivated, systematic thinking, leadership with good interpersonal skills are essential. </font><br> <font >- Have experience in Quality Management System, such as ISO9001 and quality tools at least 1-3 years </font><br> <font >- Have knowledge for ISO20000, ISO27001, BCM will be plus. </font><br> <font >- Good command in English language skills will be advantaged. </font><br> <font >- Computer literacy</font><br> <font >- New graduated are welcome</font></font></b></p>
