หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for sales activity of industrial market in Asia - Develop sales plans and strategies. - Manage and coordinate plans and programs to increase sales volume, growth, presence, revenue as well as profitability. - Assess market opportunity and competitive development. - Expand the client base in the region. - Drive the team to perform assigned tasks. - Ensure continuous improvement / development of quality and selling skills of the team through coaching. - Ability in managing people (Actually there are 3 Sales Managers and 1 Sales Executive in the sales team.) - Good communication skill
